There’s a crucial part of the process centred on self-discovery and reflection, which our coaching is built to help with. Beyond that, we’ve had great success over the years bringing brilliant people face-to-face with each other and the new opportunities out there. In early 2026, we’ll be simplifying this for you – all you’ll have to do is walk into the room and share your story and value.

We’re going to be starting in London in early 2026, with more venues planned. At this stage, we’re keen to hear from you if:

-          You are a police officer/police staff seeking a new role in 2026 (and beyond)

-          You have made that leap and would be keen to act as a mentor

-          You have a non-police perspective (e.g. hiring managers, coaches, SME)
